Please read these terms of service carefully before using our services
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the term "platforms" refers collectively to all websites, mobile applications, and digital services operated by CoffeeStain LTD, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Throughout these Terms, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to CoffeeStain LTD, the operator of the platforms mentioned above. By accessing or using any of our websites, services, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Service").
1. Platform Use and User Eligibility
To access and use our services, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your country or region, or have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are a minor. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our platforms complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and local requirements in your jurisdiction.
Accounts created on our platforms are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Each account is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials with others, allowing unauthorized users to access the platform, or distributing our content in any form is strictly prohibited. Such activities may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund, and may be subject to legal action.
You also agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
2. Refund Policy – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We aim to provide a high-quality experience across all our platforms. We understand that users may occasionally be dissatisfied, and we therefore offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under clearly defined conditions. This policy is designed to balance fairness for customers with protection against misuse.
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund request will be reviewed and processed within five business days if it meets one of the following conditions:
- Technical Access Failure If you were unable to access your user account or the platform due to a verified technical issue on our side, and if our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 96 hours of your initial contact, a full refund will be issued.
- Significant Content Discrepancy If you believe that our practice content is significantly different from what is used in a specific employer's or industry's assessment, you may submit a request for a refund. This request must include detailed examples and/or documentation.
- If our support team agrees that the discrepancy is substantial, you will receive a full refund.
- If the difference is considered moderate or partial, a partial refund between 25% and 50% may be granted.
Non-Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
- You found the questions too easy or too hard
- You failed an official test
- You changed your mind or signed up by mistake
- You expected access to actual employer content
Clarification on Content Authenticity: Our platform offers simulation tests designed to improve your performance in real assessments. These simulations are inspired by a wide range of commonly used test formats and difficulty levels. However, we do not replicate or distribute exact questions from real employers, test publishers, or certification authorities. This is done both to comply with intellectual property laws and to ensure a fair and original learning environment. Our focus is on helping you build core skills and familiarity with the types of tasks you may encounter, rather than providing identical test content.
Additional Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are only applicable to individual users. Group licenses or institutional accounts are excluded from this policy.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are abusive, repetitive, or clearly intended to exploit the system.

3. Billing, Access and Account Information
When you register or make a purchase on any of our platforms, you agree to provide complete, accurate and current account and billing information. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access or cancellation of your account.
We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, unusual usage behavior, or violation of these Terms.
Access to our platform is granted immediately upon successful payment. Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Simultaneous access from multiple devices or IP addresses may trigger security checks or temporary account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All materials available on our platforms—including tests, questions, solutions, explanations, illustrations, and the overall site design—are the exclusive intellectual property of CoffeeStain LTD or its content partners.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, modify, publish, or otherwise use any of our content without explicit written permission.
Use of any part of our content in a way that infringes upon our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors will result in immediate termination of your account, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
We take violations of intellectual property seriously and will pursue legal remedies when appropriate.
5. Platform Availability
We strive to ensure that our platforms are accessible at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. There may be instances where the platform becomes temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or updates.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance at any time, with or without prior notice, to enhance or improve the functionality and security of our services. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occur and that we are not liable for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience caused by such downtime.
In addition, we may make changes to the features, layout, or content of the platform at our sole discretion. These changes may be introduced without prior announcement and do not entitle you to any compensation.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While our services are designed to support your preparation for real-world aptitude, psychometric, and technical tests, we make no claim or guarantee regarding your actual performance in any real assessment.
The tests on our platform are simulations meant to expose you to a variety of question formats and reasoning challenges. However, we cannot guarantee that you will pass a particular exam, secure employment, or achieve any specific outcome as a result of using our services.
Each user's success depends on numerous external factors beyond our control, including the nature of the actual assessment, your personal preparation level, and individual test-taking conditions.
7. User Feedback and Content
We welcome user feedback to improve our services. If you voluntarily submit suggestions, comments, or other materials to us—whether via email, contact forms, or other channels—you agree that we may use such content without restriction.
This means we may edit, copy, publish, translate, or share your submission in any form, for any purpose, without obligation to compensate you.
However, you must ensure that your feedback does not include any confidential or proprietary information of third parties, infringe any intellectual property rights, or violate any laws.
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content submitted to our platform or services that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any behavior that may harm us, our users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Sharing or reselling your user account or login credentials
- Copying, reproducing, or scraping content from the platform
- Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Using bots or automated tools to access the service
- Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
- Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
Any such activity may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account, as well as legal action if necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
The services provided on our platforms are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind—either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, defects, or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, reputational damage, or business interruption resulting from your use of our services or inability to access them.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from reliance on any information, content, or test material provided by us.
10. Termination
You may terminate your use of the platform at any time by discontinuing access or contacting our support team. However, termination does not entitle you to a refund unless your case meets the criteria outlined in the refund section of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we suspect any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease immediately.
11. Additional Legal Notice
Our services are not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with any official test publisher, certification body, or employer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
By purchasing and accessing digital content on our platform, you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that this access voids your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

12. Language
These Terms & Conditions may be translated into other languages for your convenience. However, in case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the translated versions and the original, the French version shall prevail and be considered the official and binding version.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, internet or telecommunications outages, or governmental restrictions or regulations that prevent the delivery of our services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Be'er-Sheva, Israel. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
15. Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall not be liable for any issues or damages arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use of optional third-party tools offered through the platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms under which these tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.
16. External Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites that you visit.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred through the use of third-party websites linked from our platform.
17. Product Display and Accuracy
We strive to ensure that the content and visual representations of our products and services (including tests, illustrations, and explanations) are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the display on your screen reflects the actual product with perfect accuracy. Visual differences may occur due to device settings, screen resolution, and other technical factors.
We are not liable for any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction resulting from variations in the appearance or presentation of content.
18. Pending Payments
In cases where a payment is marked as pending by your payment provider (such as PayPal or BlueSnap), and immediate access is not granted, you may choose to retry the purchase using another payment method. If you proceed with a second payment, please contact our support team to cancel the pending transaction.
If no contact is made within a reasonable time frame, and the pending payment is left unresolved, we reserve the right to decline refund or cancellation requests related to the original order.
19. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Claims
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information across all our platforms. However, typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur (including in test descriptions, explanations, pricing, or other content).
If you identify an error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tests.careers so we can correct it. We reserve the right to modify or update the relevant information without prior notice.
No automatic compensation will be granted in case of an error, but we are committed to correcting any inaccuracy as quickly as possible.
20. Mobile Apps and App Store Terms
If you access our services via our mobile applications ("Apps") available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to comply with the terms of service of the respective app store. The following applies:
- The app stores are not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App.
- In the case of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store, and the app store may refund the purchase price (if applicable). Beyond this, the app store has no further warranty obligations.
- You acknowledge that CoffeeStain LTD, not the app stores, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
- You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
The Apple App Store and Google Play Store are third-party platforms. We are solely responsible for the content, performance, and functionality of our Apps.
